With TwV needing to be pushed up off the ground, we're looking to raise a little bit of funding for the expedition of the project. Thus, I must ask you...
Do you like T-Shirts?
If you answered yes to this, boy do I have an offer for you!
For $35, (and your address w/shirt size,) you can receive a limited time offer for this upcoming RPG! You would receive:
1) Black T-Shirt with the burning TimewarpVortex logo, as featured in our FaceBook group.
2) 10$ off the purchase of the first release, (if purchased directly from us.)
3) You'd be put on the emailing list for when we release TwV.
Of course, the shirt would be shipped to you by way of one of those nifty custom shirt websites, and may take a few weeks to receive, (due to custom pressing.)
A $10 additional fee is required for people requesting 3XL, (sorry, I've only found one place that has 3XL available and it's pretty expensive.
Of course, for another $10, you can choose any of our TwV pictures for your shirt, not just the burning TimewarpVortex logo, and also choose your own shirt color. The pictures you can pick include those that can be found linked from my journal on deviantart. http://xenozangotta.deviantart.com/
For orders with multiple shirts, please email me at ClawsofSlash@aol.com - we can work out a bulk deal.
In todays news, we recognize Zu Wang Zhang as our main investor to complete the first edition of the TwV rulebook.
Features that the book will include:
17 different playable species!
A class tree containing more than a hundred individual classes!
Levels 0-9 of the 35 level magic system.
A slew of combat skills... and a small horde of monsters to slay!
A list of items including Fantasy, Modern, and Space Age!
Also, a comprehensive means to create a character so even creating your first character can be done in 15 minutes with minimal headache, (if any.)

The universes are split into many dimensions, which seem to be phased together by frequencies which seem to work on a much higher level, but somehow similar to AM radio waves. These dimensions are numbered as such, and may be traveled by magic, or by a great grasp of technological know-how. Dimensions are all anchored by in-points, places where travelers will always appear when arriving in that dimension. No matter where someone is in one dimension, they’ll always appear at an in-point when warping to another dimension, which is determined by which in-point they were nearest to before teleporting.
During creation the three ultimate gods bore forth a master of creation, Xeno. This creature was set to the task of creating the worlds, life, dimensions, everything. It did just that. Planets, people, animals, worlds, feelings... and in the end... chaos. It was a mess in the beginning. Beings which lived forever, creatures with near-god power, and nothing to stop it all. Creation continued of course, and as it did, normal beings became weaker and weaker. The years lead to the development of the "perfect life." At least, that’s what it’s been called. One is born, one lives, one dies. It is a cycle which never ends, and gives life but one purpose... to make the most of yourself. True immortality, as they say, is to become a legend before death.
This is what brought upon the heroes. As normal beings may have become weaker, there were still ancestors of the godly creatures... the monsters. Those, and the beings which wanted only power for their own brought upon the legacy of heroes and villains. The dimensions were teaming with adventure, and wether they knew it or not, powerful heroes had the ability to travel through the dimensions to find all the adventure they wanted, and to someday... become legends.
The Vortex is a strange place in between dimensions. It stands within something known as a plane of existence. A world on a completely different set of frequencies, and only one in-point. There aren’t many planes, but each one is specially devoted to a god... or a type of god. The Vortex is a special plane, the first one made. It is a small bar which houses only a few inhabitants. A very special shop keeper, a bar-tender, and the ones who created the creator. The function of such a place is to guide heroes. It is automatically set so that in a specially designed room, portals randomly open to worlds which have great potential for heroism or villainy. So thus, this has earned many names, but it is the place of which heroes from any era and any make can find themselves an adventure in another dimension.
Now, while we’re on the topic of eras, let me explain something. All dimensions are not in the same era at the same time. Each dimension has a different age, and thus each dimension is in a different era at the same time. All time moves differently in different dimensions, and some advance quicker than others. In example... dimension 444 may move at a normal speed with a regular of 24 hour days upon the world the in-point is on. While dimension 1066 may move at a faster speed, but the world the in-point is on has 32 hour days. At a faster speed, 1066 may pass by 128 hours long before 444 passes 48. That said, this would make dimension 1066 an assumably more advanced dimension.
So, heroes and villains use the Vortex for their own devices, traveling to different dimensions in search of adventure, and to better themselves in their quests.
TwV was created as a system which could be used easily, and one which would be about having fun with your RPG before you fell asleep trying to roll all your dice.
